Description:
Another sensational weigela developed in the Czech Republic, hence the name, and is noted for its heavier blooming than the typical weigelas. Blooming in late Spring, Trilogy® has three colours all at once showing white, pink, and red trumpet-shaped flowers. Weigela is very resistant to damage from rabbits or deer and attracts pollinators and hummingbirds. Leaves turn orange-reddish tones in Autumn.
Weigela is not fussy about soil or care. Weigelas cannot tolerate standing water or wet conditions. Little maintenance is required other than to maintain the shape if needed, after flowering. Use hand pruners to remove any wayward branches.
