Description:
Beautiful creamy-white blooms, but with little fragrance, in early summer. Place this tree in full sun for abundant blooms. This slow-growing small tree forms a rounded crown with rich green foliage on showy reddish-brown bark.
This lilac performs best in well-drained soil, including sand or clay, and will grow in soil with a pH of acidic to slightly alkaline, and once established is drought tolerant. Pruning is done when dormant and will greatly encourage more blooms, as the tree ages.
