Description:
The 'Horstmann's Silberlocke' is a beautiful Korean Fir that will stand out in any landscape. German for "silver curls," the needles slightly curl around the stem and reveal the fluorescent blue with silver-white undersides. Produces an abundance of large showy cones held upright along the branches.
This slow-growing tree does best in slightly acidic, moist, but well-drained soils. Although they also can handle some wind, they do best in an area sheltered from strong winds.
